After a more than a year hiatus, we are getting the blog back going.
Now, we are at the beach in Destin. Everything seems so much better at the beach. After a couple of days here, these are my observations:
- I forgot how difficult it is to swim laps in a two-piece swimsut....
- Running in the sand is infinitely harder than running on asphalt.
- I don't have the best body on the beach, but I sure don't have the worst.
